Hasbro Marvel Legends Winter Soldier MCU (Mandroid Wave) with custom painted unmasked head. Also comes with alternate masked head and weapon as shown in pictures.
The unmasked head was custom painted by Billmaru, the Toychanic some years back. You can find his work on Instagram and YouTube.
That is the original unmasked head that came with the figure. This is not a recast head, so you don't have to worry about how it fits on the ball peg on the figure.
The look is based off the Hot Toys Winter Soldier figure from the Winter Soldier Movie and some promotional images from the Winter Soldier movie.
He did a fantastic job, and the custom head looks even better in person.

Hips move out to the side slightly loose, but are good/very good. All other joints are very good/tight.
